We started a new tradition of having cake in the morning. Cake in the morning! Cake in the morning.
Rather than making a big cake that would basically lead me to eating the whole cake, I decided to make jumbo cupcakes for Nico's brithday. So last night I baked them and and we frosted one for Nico to eat this morning. it was pretty great. Really fun!
In other news, Granny You is in town. She brought Nico a little stuffed puppy dog, who he has named "Doggy".
One of the only things at work that I have actual deadlines for is due later this week, so I am cutting this break a bit early to get on with it.
